FTM 2012

CC 3 installed last week. Worked fine until update patch by FTM. Now file always says it is open and unavailable. Exported file to FTM16 and CC works fine on it. Re-exported to GEDCOM then into FTM 2012 but still says file open. Tried reinstall but never asked for authorization code, so not all was really removed for clean start. What do I try next?

As you said, Family Tree Maker did another upgrade and this has caused a problem with Charting Companion. I will send you the new version as soon as possible. I cannot say for sure when this will be but we are working on the problem. We are sorry for the delay.

The new version is now available for downloading. You can download it from the same location from which you obtained it (see the email you received to confirm the sale).

The latest version 3.0.20 of Charting Companion is compatible with the latest ver. 21.0.0.506 of Family Tree Maker.

In FTM, click on "Help, About" to verify that your version is the latest (21.0.0.506). If not, click on "Help, Check for update" to upgrade to the latest version.

If your FTM is the latest, and Charting Companion is not, download and install CC:
