Print preview with PAF Companion

Print preview with PAF Companion
I'm using Windows XP and PAF Companion V5.5.1. I've upgraded from the Basic to the full version, but find that Print Preview, which was fine with the Basic version, doesn't work now. First I get a message that the printer is invalid; then it just blinks at me. Any suggestions?

Please try re installing. If that does not work, please do the following:
1. open your list of installed printers. What ones are shown there?
2. In the installation directory, typically C:\PCOMP5, there should be a small file called install.log. Double click on this to open and then copy and paste the contents into an email to me.
Resolved with latest version.
