Re above comments. I am using F.T.M. 2012 with latest version of Charting Comp.which is why I have problems as above. Have re - downloaded your latest vers. as previous instruction but problem remains.

What operating system are you using?

Please try this:

Right click on the CCFTM icon and select Run as Administrator.
Does it work now?

If not, please open your list of printers and let us know what ones you see listed there.

Ariojade's issue is different from the original post and is being handled in a separate post.


If you are experiencing problems with opening FTM 2012 files:

The latest version 3.0.20 of Charting Companion is compatible with the latest ver. 21.0.0.506 of Family Tree Maker.

In FTM, click on "Help, About" to verify that your version is the latest (21.0.0.506). If not, click on "Help, Check for update" to upgrade to the latest version.

If your FTM is the latest, and Charting Companion is not, download and install CC:
