Hi
I have just downloaded Genelines. I have installed it to my Windows 7 64 bit system.
When I try to run it I get the message "The program can't start because cdintf300.dll is missing from your system". I have tried reinstalling (including running as administrator).

We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with installing Genelines. The cdintf300.dll is a PDF component needed for previewing the charts. If it is not in the \Windows directory, it's a sign that this part of the installation did not take place. We install the file 'cdintf.dll', and the pdf installer renames it and copies it to Windows.

* Please confirm that you are running as Administrator when you install.
* In the Genelines folder (where it installs) there is a file called install.log. Please send this to me.
* Go to Control Panel, Printers. Does "Progeny PDF Printer" appear? If not, what is shown there.

Please get back to me and we will do our best to sort this out for you.
